Hello, I’m Anson Wang, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
I support older children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through some of life’s most challenging moments, including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, identity concerns, self-harm, and relationship difficulties.
With over a decade of experience in mental health across Australia and New Zealand, I integrate practical therapeutic tools with deep emotional and relational work. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct — balancing the importance of safety and connection with the need for meaningful and sustainable change.
If you are seeking a therapist who can sit with you in the pain, help you make sense of your story, and support you in building stronger relationships and a life worth living — you don’t have to do this alone.
